She started off by basically refusing to help us not once, not twice but three times and the last time basically pushed us off to her coworker who was already servicing customers and walked away. The young lady who helped us was so confused by what she did. Okay well we finally get sat for our reservation (for our birthday mind you) by the same young lady full of attitude might I add, she throws down dirty cups and zips away, doesn't tell us we're waiting on a server nothing. We see her again so we ask for
Kathy S★Pinecrest parking boy in the yellow vest put a ticket on my car. It wasn't even there for 1 minute. I ran into the store to ask where I could park because my dog was in the car and I ran right back out. The pay for parking sign is in blue but where I was parked is in red. So if you're not allowed to park there maybe you should be color coded. As someone who has not been to Pinecrest before I was not aware of all these different parking rules, maybe you guys should give people a break.
Autumn N★★★★It’s a nice shopping area with many name brands. They have a parking garage that makes walking to the shops very convenient. The shops I went to didn’t offer military discount, but that’s not to say none of them do. I would highly recommend Free People. Great service and quality clothing. AVOID their Sephora. They treat every customer like a criminal until you are at the checkout. Never in my life have I been (very obviously) followed around an establishment. I was there with my MIL and SIL with her baby.
