We are here on Jan 30 at the Liberty Hotel bar in the lobby bar, Terrible music. I wanted to have some drinks before going to the club, but I was so tired of the music that I just wanted to go home. The DJ plays music for himself, not for the public. I understand that it is a lobby, but my husband is a DJ, and we have traveled a lot and been in many places, and it is better chill out music. He is So boring

Weekday lunch and a cocktail. We would have liked to have a seat in the nearby Clink restaurant, but we were too early. Instead we found a table in the lobby area and ordered from the bar tender. The drinks and the food were excellent (salmon and gnocchi entrees). It's a very unique space!

stunning lobby and great jazz band, but we did not feel welcome. we went on a very crowded Wednesday evening when we tried to order cocktails, we were told by the bartender with glasses that he isn't making them. he didnt communicate to us when he would be making them, so we stood around unsure of what to do. the whole reason for going there was to try the cocktails on their menu. we gave it about 5 minutes and then observed him using a shaker and pouring from several bottles, which to us looked like the method of making cocktails. with one look around we saw people with martinis and cosmos and every other kind of cocktail! we went to the other side of the bar and the other bartender happily made us the drinks we asked for. they were strong and well made! i would love to give more stars but the first bartender was unwelcoming and almost drove us away. i understand if cocktails dont start until 6:30 and it's only beer and wine before then, but the lack of communication and dismissal of

Weekend evenings here are such a blast. There’s plenty of seating and room to dance. The DJ is usually playing anything and everything popular. Drinks are reasonably priced. Best seats in the house are on the second floor!

And elegant Great place to hang out! Very nice lounge at the downstairs if you feel like dancing! We enjoyed a few drinks there. Everything was smooth. Great location. It is hard to believe this was a jail before.
