Came here at 2pm on a Friday while waiting for my oil to be changed. Took me a few minutes to be greeted and sat, but I have to say this was the best experience I have had at a bww location. My food was yummy and hot and came out in minutes. In my hometown bww I usually had to wait a half hour ! My server was a kind. Will return next time I get my oil changed.

Went for lunch n dinner, both times the waiters were assertive and they attented to your every need. The food was pretty good,. Just make sure to ask for extra napkins.

Worst BWW experience ever. 4pm so not crowded. Lots of workers wandering around… - We stood at the front desk for several minutes without being acknowledged before I finally asked someone if we should find our own seat. “No, we’ll help you in a minute.” - Server will be right with you. 10+ minutes before anything. - Server was kinda sassy and rude when we were ordering. Not regulars so took a little to figure out order. - Pet peeve…online app special that wasn’t available in the restaurant. Reward me for coming in, don’t punish me! - Had to beg for drink refills. - Server did better at the end

Went there with a friend for some dinner. I’ve passed this place so many times over the years and never went in… so I was looking forward to going. The night we went, it wasn’t full or busy… but it looked and felt that there wasn’t much staff on hand that night. It took a bit of waiting for someone to notice us and when we were noticed, it was by an employee that didn’t know exactly where to sit us because (I’m guessing) they weren’t a server so they didn’t know who had what section, I understand that they probably didn’t want us waiting but I don’t mind waiting for a server rather than a ran
