Horrible service and management. Ordered online through door dash to pick up our food. Got home to find they forgot the fries. Called to let them know it was missing. Was told they’d look into it and to hold but was disconnected. Called back the second time and spoke to someone else. They put me on hold to talk to management but told me because we ordered through DoorDash, I’d have to go through them. I only wanted my fries, not a refund and asked if they could just replace it. First when we arrived we felt ignored, but Jessica noticed and was absolutely amazing. Even went above and beyond for us to make sure we were doing good. We’ve noticed she did that for everyone around us was absolutely the only waitress I’ve seen all night take care of her guest and everyone else’s. I hope she recognition she deserves. If you get lucky enough to be served by her you’ll truly have a great experience.
