I ordered the five meat Italian sub and it was supposed to be toasted but it wasn't and supposed to be no lettuce and she added lettuce and I told her no no lettuce it was supposed to be and the sandwich is cold because apparently it's sat for 5 minutes or more and it wasn't hot and and this is the third time they screwed up my sandwich and also the promo code wouldn't work either because it doesn't say what was eligible and what wasn't. very poor customer service very disappointed and won't be going back.

This has got to be a joke right? This is what 12$ gets you? 4 slices of meat. This is absolutely pathetic. Service was terrible, they made fun of me for being upset there was nothing on the sandwich. 12 dollars for nothing.

Subway is not the same. They are experiencing financial issues and sold a lot of locations to non native Americans which is unfortunately effecting the food. Ive noticed its not fresh lettuce wilting etc and for some reason taste different 🤔 sad I liked Subway. I went to the one on hwy 50 in O'Fallon and count your money and know they amt. The people there lied to me and charged me extra at checkout! I caught him in the lie it was awkward.

This is not the Subway I remember. The bread was flat, the tomatoes were paper thin, one piece of spinach. I also asked for light sauce. It was literally dripping off the sandwich. The employee behind the counter was impatient and rude and didn't pay attention to anything that was said. I will NOT be back
