High quality sushi here. Enjoyed the sashimi and rolls the most. Was quite busy at 6pm on a Friday but was able to walk in. Would definitely come back as it is a solid sushi choice in Bellevue!

Ginza Bellevue delivers a refined, consistent Japanese dining experience that stands out in the area. The fish quality is notably fresh, with clean flavors and well-balanced seasoning across both sashimi and sushi selections. Presentation is precise without being excessive, reflecting attention to detail rather than theatrics. The pumpkin fried rice deserves separate recognition. It stands out as one of the best fried rice dishes I have had in the US, with excellent texture, depth of flavor, and a distinctive profile that sets it apart from typical offerings. Service is efficient and profess

I've eaten there many times. Their pumpkin rice is very delicious. The ingredients are very fresh. I like it very much. The private room is also suitable for parties. It's not too noisy and the service attitude is also very good.

Cool little neighborhood Japanese spot that is authentic and delicious. No frills, just great food. On a Monday night, the place was nearly empty and the service was quick. The dinner plates all come with salad, pickles, rice, and miso soup. I was delightfully satiated after my meal.
