Priya Ganadas★★★★★This is a such a nice spot all in all! Their matcha is great, gotten it thrice already. Latte is also delicious. I wish they had larger spread for pastries! They have a really nice space you can work from and they validate parking for three hours for Alley 111 building. Staff is friendly and nice. Would return again :)

Overall the espresso shot was balanced and not too bitter, and the milk was frothed great! A bit on the pricier side for cafes in the area. They have free wifi and outlets by some tables.

The matcha is real whip for the cup, and not the powder premixed type which I loved. Also they have some Asian pastries. The shop is clean and nice. Variety of seatings.
