NDCJR★★★★★Just delicious. We were in Bellingham for the day and wanted something different for lunch. We got just that at the hip small Peruvian sandwich joint. Pictured is the #7, a chicken and chorizo sandwich with sandwich veggies and a side of shatteringly crisp yucca fries. The huge sandwich was delicious, I could only eat 1/2, the fries and remaining 1/2 will be dinner. Great friendly staff were fun folks. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic, especially the platter of fish tacos. I'll be back sooner than later. Rumba alone would be worth the 80 minute drive.

The pork is so tender and flavorful. All the sauces are awesome and it all comes together perfectly on a sandwich. I can't recommend this place highly enough! They also have a bakery/bodega right next door with some unique pastries and other pantry goodies.
