My sister-in-law & I both ordered Cascadia Mushroom Benny. Our order came after approx 40 mins and this was on a Sunday around 11am, no lineup so not sure why it took so long. Ordered a chai tea and it came lukewarm and sent it back to be “nuked” hot. I had coffee and towards the end of the meal had to ask for a second cup. The food was terrible. We thought the waffle wasn’t cooked through but it was the Gouda cheese on top which we think didn’t quite tasted good. The pan fried potatoes were not really fried, limp. Absolutely must try. I was expecting Mount Bakery to be a nice small town breakfast experience. I was not expecting the level of attention given to literally every detail on my plate. I went to the Mount Bakery Café Downtown. We ordered American waffles, a European breakfast, and a cappuccino. We really enjoyed the meal—especially the cappuccino and the European breakfast, which were tasty and well-cooked. We enjoyed spending time there. In addition, the staff were nice and welcoming.

We came to Mount Bakery in Bellingham on a Sunday morning and were delighted to find no wait. Olivia was our server, and she was so pleasant and welcoming right from the start. We ordered the BLA, which was absolutely delicious—definitely big enough to share, and we’re glad we did! The menu is robust, with lots of fresh options, and everything we saw looked amazing. The café itself is cozy and cutely decorated. You can sit outside, grab a window seat inside, or take your food to go. I also loved that they offer day-old baked goods at a bargain price—such a nice touch. Parking was easy with
