“Excellent service, delicious food”

It was my first visit of Wendy's and the experience was nothing to write home about. I am also very generous while giving it 3 stars. The waiting time was extreme for a fast food place. Probably around 30 minutes. The food was similar to McDonald's and very oily. The coffee was served cold (probably done first and then it was just sitting idle until the food was ready). The staff made zero effort to provide some kind of customer experience. I might try different location at some point, but this visit of Wendy's did not convince me to come back.

Good food good drinks, but TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, ADDITUDE. We kept asking fir the same thing 2 large chocolate frosties and they kept messing uo the order and kept saying "2 chocolate and vanilla frosties what size?" We said it 5 times and yer they still asked for the size and chocolate and vanilla. So we pull up to the window and I got my food and when the window lady or what ever closed it my brither started talking about their costumer service she comes out again and asked us if we wanted anything else and my dad told her "My son thought you were being disrespectfu" and before he could

I went through drive thru and had a positive experience, was helped right away and did not have to wait but 4-5 min for everything. The manager Juana was very nice and friendly. I got a chicken wrap and baked potato and both so delicious and filling! Chicken was perfectly cooked very moist, and potato was right out of the oven.

They had a spanish speaking young man on the drive through window, one person was coaching him how to speak English and the other counting change to give back to me. What are we doing people? Gave no receipt and one of my order was missing. I thought of complaining but I had to go work.
