Edgar Luarca★★★★★Ordered a spicy asiago club which was very tasty with my bacon and cheese potato. The people here are friendly, seems like a change in management. Looks like they are remodeling and are drive thru only for the moment. I asked if their hours are the same and manager stated yes. Cant wait to see how it looks.
Joshua Cruz★Just went through the drive through and the server already had an attitude through the speaker phone and at the window. Wouldn’t allow me to buy more than 2 combos and I was buying food for coworkers. Get better workers and maybe the ratings would go up🤷🏽♂️
Kaylin Bond★I always have problems going there and from my order being wrong or two bottom buns, or two tops. Like it’s ridiculous the amount of issues I have going here. And i love Wendy’s but the people working here needs to get retrained or fire like seriously.. it’s not the store it’s the people !! And they work like they really don’t care once you address them with an issue. It’s rude and Irritating.!!
Peter Benne★Ordered 3 burgers. One was made wrong. One either had a piece of plastic looked like a bristle on the cheese. And my coworkers burger had a hair in it. He pulled his out after I found a bristle which I thought was a piece of hair. Get it together Wendy's, most likely losing buisness at this location because of this. I will be telling other staff at our 2 locations in Elmhurst about this
