Paid the female barrista while in driveup lane, then got to the window a different male barrista said we didn't pay and the card hadn't gone through. So, I checked my back app as I was still at the driveup window. They doubled charged me and now have two charges on my account pending. Barrista claims they can't refund pending. Now im stuck until until my bank opens up on Tuesday!

I am a frequent customer and pretty happy with this location. However this morning they didn’t ask if I wanted to tip like they usually do. They added a tip without my authorization. I don’t mind tipping for good service but I don’t appreciate them adding a tip without asking at the preferred amount. So be careful snd watch your charges or you might be a generous tipper without your consent. Otherwise I am happy with the services and drinks.

The coffee is good. I would say that it's a but more smooth and mild than Starbucks. It does seem that most of their drink options are sweet and loaded with cream and flavorings. I asked the young lady to give me something that would be good for a first time visit. She ordered one of their winter specials. I didn't catch the name but is was a nice creamy, very sweet blend with a strong eggnog flavor. Not my thing but nice. The design of this drive thru franchise is interesting. Tip: the easiest entry to the drive thru for a large truck is in the ally behind. Avoid the car wash drive next door.
