The help and customer service today was point on was the best thing out of the meal. They have changed their fish yet again supposedly went back to the original, but this is not the original fish. It was not horrible, but it was not what they need to get back to go to the root. it’s still kinda taste and looks like a swap or bossa.

A lovely lady named Monica took my order of a giant fish sandwich w/ coupon. By the time I got home ( only 2 miles) the bun was soaked in grease that the fish slid out. Evidently the fish wasn't drained of cooking oil. Also the lettuce was completely wilted. Why don't they put the lettuce separately? It'd be more appealing. Who wants to eat wilted lettuce? I remember that D's was much better prior to COVID. I shall not go back again

The food was good and hot. The drive thru was backed up around the building so, I go inside to get an order to go, one person in line waiting for assistance. I see three cars complete their order and I'm sitting down waiting for assistance. I see two more cars pull out of the drive thru. So I leave without anything but aggravation.

Online coupon $9.49 in store almost $18. They wouldn’t let me use my coupon. Because I’d literally had just paid, did not get my food yet but because I paid they would notlet me present The online coupon .. So I wanna make sure everybody else understand and get your savings it’s literally a $8 difference
