Stopped in to sample what PA has to offer for Pizza and was pleasantly surprised. I was at a track meet with some tome to kill and was looking for a quick snack and this was just around the corner. Picked a Margherita slice ($4.00 price point) and it ended up being a great snack. Next meet, may have to not pack a lunch and stop here for more Pizza. All in all, it had a nice thin crust that had little flop and a nice crisp to it with good taste.

I’ve ordered from here many times and the people there are always nice, which is why I keep coming back. I usually love their food, especially their strombolis, and it’s the only place I really go to for them. This time I ordered two large pizzas and a large cheesesteak stromboli. I asked if the onions in the stromboli could be cooked well, but unfortunately they were still raw. The stromboli also seemed much smaller than what I usually receive when I order a large, so it was a little disappointing compared to my past experiences.

Fratelli Pizza in Bethlehem PA did not disappoint. I had the large Cheesesteak Stromboli with Mozzarella which was amazing and almost as big as my arm. I took home for the hour and half ride a small Chicken Stromboli for my wife which was still warm and tender and juicy. I also took some of their Cannoli which were light and creamy the way I like them. Spoke with Aldo who's 3 sons run the place and was treated like family by Aldo's wife who was very helpful . I look forward for a return visit.

The absolute BEST Italian meal I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant! I’m a bit of a pizza / Italian food snob after living near NYC for 12 years. I’ve never had a better serving of penne with meat sauce. My husband loved his eggplant parm too. I ordered slices to go for lunch today! The service was fast and also very personable. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this gem for an affordable and delicious meal!
