If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I found this place after someone posted it on TikTok. I’m Puerto Rican and had many types of Spanish food but these Peruvian dishes were out of this world good. Then the service wow! They are so kind and patient explaining the menu. I will absolutely be back. I hope more and more people go to try out this authentic spot!

The restaurant is cute and very clean. The food was delicious, and the service was superb. I believe the owner came to the table and greeted us and explained the flavors of the delicious sauces served with our food. If you haven’t tried them, I highly suggest you give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. It’s also BYOB. Great for a girls night or a date night with your spouse.

We found Kinoa based on reviews as we were passing through Bethlehem. They did not disappoint! We had the civiche mariscados and tacu macho. The portions were generous and the taste was amazing! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Although it's an hour from home, we will definitely consider coming back!
