The People’s Kitchen is a cozy neighborhood brunch spot located on Linden Street in Bethlehem. It’s open daily from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, except Tuesdays. I had a massive craving for the mac and cheese, so that’s what I ordered. It comes with a potato base, bacon, sausage, and, of course, mac and cheese, with the option to add an egg. Super heavy, but absolutely delicious. My friend had the Full Monte, made with turkey bacon, two fried eggs, and melted Gouda on multigrain ciabatta, served with a side of sweet berry compote. How does this place exist in the late 2020s? Walking into The People's Kitchen feels like discovering a secret treasure. Nearly everything on the menu is less than $10. The food is scratch. The decor is fun and bicycle forward. The music is retro and slightly uncommon. Delicious. Highly recommend.

If there were 10 stars I’d mark them. What a place . It has everything great people , great food and great atmosphere. We are from Lexington VA visiting for a concert at Zoellner Center tonight. we had time to waste before our job started so we stopped in for breakfast, and instantly found it to be a buried diamond. Small, quiet and maybe 10 tables at most, our waitress was professional yet funny and very good to us. if you are in town def. recommend stopping in for breakfast!! 💯💯💯
