Discount if you pay with cash. A no seating take out kind of place. The line took about 7-8 minutes to order and about 15 minutes to get two toasted bagels and a latte. Everything was a miss for me. I didn't try the muffins (they were indeed ginormous). The bagels were more of a soft mushy than a dense chew. The latte was okay. Overall, would not go again.

Everything they do is fantastic; they simply cannot miss. And they're not expensive! I would definitely recommend this spot. Their coffee is fantastic: you're actually tasting coffee, and it's actually pleasant! They have great muffins (and coffee cake too) which compliment the coffee. And last but not least, they have the best breakfast egg sandwich I've had in ages: the egg was moist and fluffy - it's actually like someone cooked me some eggs rather than warmed me an egg-puck; it had 3 slices of cheese; and the focaccia bagel had wonderful flavor and texture that tied the whole thing togeth

​Java’s Brewin’ is hands down the best spot around! The service here is always incredibly quick, and the staff is genuinely some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. The girls absolutely crush it with the breakfast sandwiches—they are mouth-watering and made perfectly every single time. And don’t even get me started on the muffins; Eric makes the absolute best muffins you can find anywhere. Five stars all day!
