While in Bismarck for work I try to hit up Scotty's pretty frequently. The retro drive in vibe is strong and it's so awesome to show up on their cruise night, lots of cool cars to see. Their chili cheese fries are AMAZING! All of their food is pretty outstanding, lots of homemade items. Burgers are good but I feel like they're steamed or in a steamer so they tend to lose some flavor and juiciness. Warning, pay attention to the description of the food. I ordered the Big Rebel not realizing it was a 3/4 lb burger!!! I couldn't eat even half of it.

Been coming here for burgers since I was about 6 years old, and that was a long time ago. Burgers are still great. Hot, tasty and filling. Lots of other extras, too. Stop by for a great nostalgic drive in experience.

I stopped near closing and the staff was super nice and friendly! They went above and beyond when servicing up my to go order! The inside had a real retro burger drive in kind of feel! ! Loved the experience!

Used to be a great spot for a burger. I’m not sure why they changed it…maybe the new owners? The rebel was my favorite local fast food burger, but the last few times I’ve been there it was not seasoned. Like no salt and pepper at all. I don’t understand why places do this - just season your food! It tastes so much better. Fries and ranch are still pretty good though.
