Truthfully very mid food and very mid service. I ended up trying their new spicy tenders, which were decent but definitely just came frozen out of the bag and were SO EXPENSIVE. The flavor was very mild and the typical taste you’d receive from a frozen tender out the bag. The server we had barely checked in if at all. We waited more than 10 minutes just to get our check and that was quite the nuisance. He was very kind though which was an appreciated. I rarely come to Buffalo Wild Wings because of the price but coupled with the mediocre service, I do not think I want to be a returning guest.

The food is very bad. The ultimate nachos did not contain any chicken even though I specifically asked for it and they even added it to the bill. But they did remove it when I asked them to. The waitress took very long and handed us the bill when we weren't even half finished. Took forever to get us the food. The nachos were not crispy at all and the wings were bitter for some reason and the spicy garlic sauce was nowhere near spicy. The atmosphere is nice but all the TVs show only 2 channels. You have to watch because either the servers are not properly trained or it is done intentionally but they overcharge you on their combos and value deals and I’ve been eating at this Buffalo wild wings for a lot longer than these employees have been working there, and I know what the prices are, but sometimes they will ring up every individual item to charge you practically double instead of putting it into a combo or value bundle like they offer and then when you tell them about it for example paying over $22 for a 10 boneless wing and fries which they sell for $12 as a combo that includes a

She made us feel welcome, kept everything running smoothly, and added a positive energy that really made our visit memorable. Truly outstanding service!
