This place is awful. I used the app 3 times. First time was an app malfunction, get to this location and had to reorder my food and they still messed up my order. Second time, app works correctly they still messed up my order and the employees just walked away from me and two other people in line to pick up their orders. Third time I order for delivery, they still messed up my order. They gave me a big Mac for that special world cup meal with nothing on it. I only asked them to remove the pickles, cheese, and salt. I ordered through the drive-thru at around 9:20 PM on a Sunday night. A young girl took my order. I asked for an Oreo McFlurry but forgot to mention the size at first. A second later, I clarified that I wanted the mini size. Instead of simply changing the order, the employee told me, “Next time, you should tell me beforehand.” She could have just asked what size I wanted instead of assuming I wanted the regular size.

I was picking up an Uber Eats delivery order and when I pulled up to the speaker and told the worker that I am here for an Uber Eats order, they say to pull to the window only to wait about 20 min or so and they decide to tell me, after waiting all that time, that the order has been taken by another Uber Eats driver. This store fails to give me any kind of consideration in giving me a heads up and is very slow paced in making the orders for customers. I want to specifically commend the young man Carlos that works here. I come here often as both customer and DoorDash driver and I can earnestly say that he is one of the most consistently polite and professional employees that I deal with anywhere nowadays.
