I recently moved to Minnesota and this has been my go to restaurant as I settle down and the service is on point. 10/10 always. They are quick to address any issues and prioritize building strong connections with their customers. I visit like 2-3 times a week for both dine in and to go orders. Their waffles are perfect!! The store managers and general manager are awesome! I will definitely be back

We arrived and were immediately met with a very personable host, friendly and provided a nice laugh. We were seated in less than 5 minutes during a very busy day (Father’s Day). Our server, Jen, was on top of her game. Quickly brought us our drinks, took our order, was friendly and attentive to our questions. Without needing to ask, Jen returned to refill our drinks, offer take out boxes and even asked if we’d like to take our soft drinks to go. Jen was very pleasant and made a bright day even brighter. We visited this restaurant for a late-night dinner, arriving at 9:50 PM. The dining room was nearly empty, we were seated promptly. The host assured us our server would be with us in just a minute. My girlfriend requested coffee while we waited, which arrived quickly but was disappointingly lukewarm and of very poor quality. We sat ready to order, yet our server did not appear until 10:03 PM a full 13 minutes later. Sofia made my visit to IHOP an amazing experience! She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I sat down. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything came out exactly as ordered. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out and made the meal even more enjoyable.
