Not in regards to this joint in particular but the whole chain: The new chicken tender recipe is disgusting! I miss the way they use to cook it with the seed oils. I was looking forward to coming here cause theyve closed all the ones in the Pittsburgh region and this location is close, and was immensely disappointed The milkshakes were delicious and fries were still good as they always were. Left with a stomach ache and disappointment. This location though was nice. We were greeted when we got in, used one of 4 kiosks and ordered our food. Their ordering system is tedious tho i will say. Foo

Good to see Steak ‘n Shake hanging in there and reopening this location. Went here to try the tallow fries. Everything was pretty good, not as many combo deals as there used to be. The buns on the burgers were also cold.

The double cheeseburger was made correctly and looked very tasty. I tried a couple of fries right after receiving my order; although lukewarm, they tasted delicious. Unfortunately, the meat and fries were oversalted. The Butterfinger shake hit the spot - definitely needed the big straw. I placed an order through the app and waited over 25 mins. The inside looked clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained.

Been to several different Steak 'n Shakes. While few still exist, and clean ones are few and far between. This one in Boardman was nearly as clean as a new store (might be new) and the food was great. Frisco Melt, Fries and Choc. Shake were why we seek the brand out. As GenX, music was perfect mix. Even the men's room was clean, and we all know that's a feat for many fast food chains. Would happily eat here again if passing through or nearby.
