I’m really disappointed with this burger from Portillo’s. It looks nothing like what’s advertised on the menu. The bun was completely soggy, the burger was overloaded with mayo and pickles, and the overall quality just wasn’t there. Definitely not what I expect from Portillo’s. At this point, I’d rather grab a Burger King burger next time.

Portillos is always good. I've been going to this one almost my whole life and its never disappointed. My family loves the cake. I like the hot dog. The Italian beef is delicious too. Service is okay, the owner is great. the managers are questionable, but its been a while since I've interacted with them so it might be different now. Atmosphere is good too.

My wife and I love Portillo's, but today we had two issues. First, the tamal dough felt raw. Then, we found an eggshell in the chocolate cake! We appreciate knowing the cakes are fresh and made from scratch, but no need to be that literal! Please check your food prep processes. We hope our next visit is back to 5 stars!

I’m a little upset. I paid six dollars for a large cheese fry and the only thing full was the cheese cup. I Understand the importance of drive-through times, but if you don’t have a large fry available, I can wait a few minutes for it.
