We had such a wonderful experience at Denny’s #8846 in Bossier City thanks to our waitress, Sarah H! There was going to be a bit of a wait for a table, so we decided to sit at the counter, which was empty — and I’m so glad we did! Sarah was so kind and took incredible care of us from start to finish. When I arrived, there were no other customers, yet my food was served cold, which should not happen under any circumstances. I originally ordered a burrito, I was not even told it wasn’t available. Instead, I was given two extremely small burritos, each about the size of a Taco Bell cheesy roll‑up. This substitution was not equivalent in portion or value, and it was not communicated clearly before being made. More concerning, the bacon was undercooked, which is a serious food safety issue. We stopped here on our way home (San Antonio, TX) from New Orleans. The staff were wonderful. We got our food fast and hot. The restaurant was clean and we'd definitely stop here again - given the chance.

Came with a family of 12 celebrating a good time, we ended up with cold mozzarella sticks, and worse as we walked in I was informed that the rude worker offering not to help with a 12 set table really ruined my mood. The manager forced her to take us then but I still could feel the nasty feeling off her. I just wish for her to be helped, someone said she's the managers mother or sum but other wise the cook and host did good.
