I usually never get takeout, but today was one of those days. I woke up at 5:00 AM, it’s almost 11:00 PM now, and I stopped by this Cava completely exhausted. They were extremely busy packing nonstop takeout orders, yet Hector took care of me with so much kindness and patience. Despite how hectic it was, he was genuinely polite, warm, and thoughtful. I came in On Sunday before heading to South Station. I stepped in and a very kind man named Elio greeted me and I asked where to go since this was my first time eating at Cava. Pointed me over to the beginning of the food station, and I thanked him and walked over and got to meet another kind soul named Marta. Marta Was so so kind and helped me prepare an order and I asked her for her own recommendations and she gave me a delicious suggestion for a food bowl! If it’s the ladies serving you forget it, service sucks and they often forget to put the correct things in your bowl dispite having the cards in front of them. If it’s the guys then my order is perfect everytime and service is great. I’ll walk pass next time to see who’s serving before going in

I always go to this Cava location because they stay stocked on everything even later in the evening and my bowl is always packed! I went today and the guy got a new container of arugula because the current one was kind of empty, so they really make an effort for the ingredients here. Definitely would choose this location over others, again.
