David Lee★★★★★Great Chinese food in the downtown Bothell area! The interior was well decorated and the windows beautifully let the sunlight in. My favorite dish I had was the hot & spicy wings. The hot & spicy wings had a strong flavor but were not overly spicy. The meat was juicy and well crisped. The garlic bok choy and chow mein were also solid. The xiao long bao was just okay. I tried the beef and lobster pasta special and the lobster and it was great to try! The lobster was pretty good and went well with the pasta sauce! There is street parking and also retail parking in the building.
Jessica Zhang★★★★★There aren't a lot of Chinese restaurants in Bothell so I didn't know what to expect but was blown away! Each dish was definitely crafted from fresh ingredients and spices. Menu was tasteful and priced to encourage you to order multiple dishes to share and try. This restaurant tastefully modernizes traditional Chinese cuisine and I'm for it!
BK★★★★★Visited Spring Bistro for the first time and had a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is delicious and fairly priced, and the staff is wonderfully helpful when navigating the menu. My only direct feedback was that the noodles were slightly overcooked, though the dish was still very enjoyable overall. A solid 4 stars, being generous as our experience and service was great and they provided a discount with a review. Wishing them well and already looking forward to coming back. Note on my rating scale: Sharing this for transparency, as I recognize that a 3-star revie
Mei-Shu Shih★★Recommended by a friend to try out. Somewhat disappointed, by the greay and heavy spiced dishes. The appetizer of bao came with thick and sticky skin that caused inside juice to leak even when carefully picked up them. The pork lean meat was dry like splinters, and the greasy pan fried dish served on a tin-foil cushioned plate. Not a traditional Taiwanese menu with few choices.
