The drive thru was kind of beat up and the tray by the window was rusted and crooked it looked sad. The food….the egg was ice cold and the bagel was not toasted it was just the ingredients put together and was not cut in half, the sandwiches I ordered were supposed to be hot. It was not what I used to know from Einstein bagels, the coffee…they filled the cup up to the edge and the cup is so thin that it spilled in my car as soon as I grabbed it and then the coffee left tasted burnt….☹️ it was not a happy experience

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese, and it came to me completely burnt. The whole thing tastes terrible because of the burnt bagel. Not quite sure how management let's something like that even leave the store. Update: I was contacted by management to address the issue and they were kind enough to rectify the situation. I had never had an issue with this store before, so I'm grateful. Based on the excellent customer service and the typically fantastic bagels, I will be back

I am not one who typically leaves reviews but I am amazed by the customer service at this establishment. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. They are all just very warm and welcoming nobody has a bad attitude. Kay is the sweetest person ever! It's such a pleasure to be able to grab breakfast from people who have a smile and are polite. Great way to start the day. And they have the best bagels 🤤
