Very nicely laid out. Relatively well stocked. Maneuvering some areas were a little tricky. The cashier was very nice. It was nice to see a Cafe with ample seating. The barista was helpful and patient with me, a newbie to the Starbucks world. Because B&N owns the Starbucks Cafe. you are supposed to get reward points if you're a member, per the cashier. Once already hone, I noticed I did not receive any points for my Cafe purchases. I don't live nearby the store but will try and get the points if I visit this store again.

Always easy to find what I'm looking for. The staff is helpful and the cafe is a great place to hang out with friends, read for a while or get some work done.

Upon entering, one is greeted by rows upon rows of meticulously arranged books, catering to every genre imaginable. The layout of the store is thoughtfully designed, ensuring that each section is easily navigable, even for first-time visitors. The shelves are a testament to the vast selection, offering both the latest bestsellers and timeless classics, ensuring that every reader finds something to pique their interest. The children’s section is a colorful

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The employees working the registers were rude, immature, and completely unprofessional. While I was there, I overheard a situation where a group of girls were arguing with an employee because the employee had been extremely rude to them first. There were also boys in the back misbehaving and harassing the girls, and when the girls stood up for themselves, they were the ones who got kicked out—while the employee continued to be disrespectful. The lack of accountability and professionalism is shoc
