Bellarose★★Not the best food I've had. General Tsao should not be covered in a bright red super sweet sauce. It's the dipping sauce you would use on spare ribs tips or fried wonton. Not tasty at all. Rice was very dry . Not much good to say unfortunately. But it was clean.
