I ordered a breakfast sandwich with 3 eggs over easy, sausage, bacon, and cheese on a toasted roll. The eggs came overcooked and there was no bacon at all. For a sandwich that cost over $11, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Pretty disappointed with this order.

It was nice and clean 2 years ago now is dirty and filthy and the food is really expensive. No longer go to this deli. I found a deli that sells the sandwiches for 4 dollars each and I always get free samples. And is more clean and cheap and the sandwiches are delicious

Your food and service are great but when a customer asks for something and doesn’t receive it, it could be the reason you lose their business. I order from you off Uber Eats alllll the time, and in the instructions ask for extra cream cheese but unfortunately don’t receive it, ever. Your bagels are great and so are all of you but I like my bagels a specific way, and I’m not the only one. Long Islanders are picky about bagels and egg sandwiches :) - please next time put enough cream cheese where you can’t see the actual bread when you take it apart. Thank you!
