We came in for breakfast, was seated immediately and Brandon took our order, was patient with our large and changing order. We got our food in about 15 of ordering. Everything tasted great, was warm and Brandon checked on us & was genuinely just so warm and kind.

I came in for lunch today with a 1-year-old. Right away, I could tell the restaurant was busy. When we first arrived, there was no one at the host stand (the host had stepped away to handle an online order) but at the time I wasn't sure what was going on. There were also several people waiting behind me to be seated. I completely understand that it was a busy time, so I didn't mind waiting. After about 10 minutes, the host returned and seated the two parties ahead of me before finally seating us. Ordered the steak tips, couldn't even chew them. Ordered cheeseburger instead, lettuce, tomato & mayo. Way too much mayo!!!!! Burger was too well done. French fries & broccoli were good. Only order breakfast items

We go to different IHOP’s several times a month and have had many, many different servers. I’m writing this 5-star review simply for the BEST server we’ve ever encountered, Caesar. He is extremely polite, kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We come back to this location despite the further drive because of his excellent service. I’ve previously worked in HR for 8 years and I know “good people”. He’s one of the best. His professionalism makes us feel we’re enjoying an expensive brunch, not at IHOP!
