I went to pick up an order for my daughter. The order said it was ready but it wasn't on the PU counter. All of the employees were busy. I did the proper thing, wait for them to not be busy and wait. Went there to pick up my mobile order and they didn’t cut my quesadilla, there was barely any cheese on my quesadilla, and my smoothie has no flavor, pretty much just blended ice. Employees definitely might need some more training. Mostly upset bc I chose to eat there after a rough and long shift at work so I was really looking forward to eating.

I go here often and never have issues but I went here after work today and what is supposed to be quick and easy drive through but I waited for 30 minutes and there was 1 car in front of me. I pulled out and went inside to check on my order and saw NO customers and 3 workers standing around talking and laughing which I am never against but work while doing it. Order on the app, its cheaper. Went through the drive-thru. And said the pair and save with a smoothie and 2 snack rolls. Kayla at the window rang up separately and I asked if she could break it down as I was expecting $14.60 from the total i saw on the app of my exact order. Instead of qickly correcting it, she just asks if I wanted to speak to the manager. Line was long and there was no need to speak to a manager. I know $3 and some change is not much but ring up how the customer says as "pair and save" is different than ringing it up separately.
