Aria! When we read that Austin Goetzman (formerly with Lazy Betty) had taken over as executive chef at Aria, it was time to check it out. Wow. We sampled a good portion of the menu but still left more to check out soon. Amazing ingredients and compositions. The sauces were remarkable — light, with nuance and layered flavors. Service was attentive and friendly.

Aria is impeccable, from the service to the presentation to the food. Aria certainly lives up to its James Beard finalist designstion for hospitality. The flavor combinations were inventive and pleasing and yet still homey and warm. Every detail was meticulously executed. I especially recommend the sole and steak. The warm cheesecake was a highlight.

Elegant, reservation only dining lovely interior that is both modern yet comfortable. Exquisitely presented food with attentive and knowledgeable service. Fantastic place for special occasions. We chose the tasting menu with the wine pairing and Jeff made the evening memorable with his suggestions and information on each pairing. There is a smaller area when your first enter they accepts walk in parties. I'm not sure if they offer their fill menu there. We look forward to our next visit!

Aria was on my list for months so when I finally had a booking, I was excited to visit. I came here on Valentines Day, amazing experience but I felt that this was not their best. Because it’s V-Day, super booked day, everyone getting tables turned for the next guests and perhaps shortcuts are taken on days like these. I liked it either way and plan on visiting soon on a regular night.
