Just bad all around. We git food here the other night and that will be the last time. My wife got a crispy chicken sandwich, and it was definitely not crispy. The bun was literally soggy and the chicken looked like it was sitting in water before it was served. She was immediately grossed out by this and wouldn't eat it. Last night, my mom and I stopped here for dinner on my way from the hospital. The girl and guy was RUDE. I understand that it was 10:00 pm but, there’s no need in the way we got treated. Went today and ordered 2 whoppers. All I had was a $100 bill but had exact change so I should’ve just got solid bills back no problem. But it was this young black lady at the window and she asked if I had a smaller bill when I said no she rolled her eyes and walked away. Then when she came back gave me the food and my change she proceeded to just close the window without saying anything and to mention she did not greet me when I first got to the window. Food was the same as always. Service was great but the atmosphere was not so good. While dining some people came and talked loudly to the people at the adjacent table, arguing about something. We did not feel comfortable and decided to leave right away. Granted it was a situation not created by BK, but its employees should have taken action.
