I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I have a nut allergy, and they were incredibly accommodating, taking the time to answer questions, ensure my food was safe, and make me feel completely comfortable dining there. Came here for BOGO BURGERDAY coupon code for Wednesday, 5/28/25 only. The bacon upgrade they did is amazing! The workers here are so hardworking! I love this location. Today we got the BOGO deal! We are older and get the kids meals, add bacon on both burgers, applesauce or fries, and milk, usually. You get an ice cream too. Usually adds up to $18.70 for two people. A deal! Be careful in the parking lot, bound corners! Enjoy my pictures!

Left a review a while ago. Looks like they took my review down. Terrible service. No one speaks English. The supervisor was very rude argumentative and did not follow culvers policy. The owner doesn't give a damn all he does is send you a link to do a survey about the culverts. Waste of time because I did that and crickets. Hire better people pls.

Extremely disappointed by the complete lack of service at this location. We ordered ice cream via drive-thru, were told to pull forward, and were completely forgotten about (waited over 20 minutes before deciding to go in). When we walked inside we asked for a refund. The manager was unable to refund my card and just handed me cash, which violates standard merchant practices. Throughout this entire interaction, the staff was incredibly rude. Not a single employee apologized; instead, we were met with attitude and audible sighs. This is the third time we’ve had major issues here. Highly recom
