We tried this cute cafe in the Downtown Bryan area yesterday. Everything was delicious. The salsa is the warm style, not too spicy. The seasoning was flavorful without being too spicy. If you are in the area it is worth checking out.

Giving 4 stars overall because I’ve eaten at Cilantro before and it's been a good experience. This was the first time I’ve had an issue like this, and I’m hoping it was just an off day. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. During that time, our waitress apologized and said the food would be “right out.” The third time, she specifically mentioned she had seen our food and that it would be out shortly, but another 20 minutes passed before it finally arrived. First time here and let me tell you, everything was amazing!!! Our waitress kept the chips and Salsa coming, she kept checking up on us. Food was so delicious. I had the Carne Asada and my husband had the Grilled Stuffed chicken. The flour tortillas were homemade, so good!!!! 10 out of 10!!! Definitely recommend!!

Nice clean place for a late lunch. Host sat us quickly and we had chips and salsas given to us immediately. Our awesome waitress was with us so quickly, we had to ask for a few more minutes to look at the whole menu. The food was plentiful and worth the price.
