My niece and nephew ordered a kids meal which was supposed to come with ice cream. When they went up to the counter, the employee mentioned that it needs to be purchased on the app. With them not having a clear understanding that the ice cream was included in their kids meal and was on the receipt, the manager got involved and said she will write it in the book so when they come in next, they will receive the free ice cream. Fast forward a couple weeks later, sure enough the manager did leave the name in the book and the kids were able to get the free ice cream. Shout out to the manager becaus

I’m really disappointed with this visit 😕. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and have never had any problems with this restaurant or the franchise before. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. After eating about half of my burger 🍔, I noticed that the center was still pink 😟. I had already made it home and was sitting in my driveway when I discovered it, so going back immediately wasn’t convenient 🚗. This was quite upsetting because I usually trust the quality here. I’m hoping the restaurant can make things right in some way 🙏. Most of all, I just hope I don’t end up

The food at Culver’s is always good, so our family visits often. However, the drive-thru staff—a young man who looks like he’s in high school or early 20s—consistently writes customers’ names wrong, even very common English names that anyone would recognize. This makes it feel like he’s playing around with customers’ names. This has happened multiple times, and his attitude came across as harsh and careless. We usually visit this location, but now we’ll go to a different location instead, even though it’s a bit farther, because the staff there are polite and much more friendly. It’s disappoint

Customer service was very quick and easy to go through, very kind people! Would recommend going here as this restaurant is the opposite of floccinaucinihilipilification!
