I come here all the time after work as a barista for my little sweet treat. Everyone is lovely and the drinks are always good! Love the seasonals too. My partner and I always come on Mondays and Tuesdays to get our caffeine fix and get the dog a pup cup! Service is fast and thoughtful. Good conversation if that’s what you’re into! Whoever was there today was extra amazing!! Wish I had gotten their name haha

I stopped by the BigFoot Java location and ordered a 20 oz hot Irish Cream mocha, extra sweet, no whipped cream. What I received was a 20 oz extra hot, unsweetened, bitter coffee that tasted nothing like what I ordered. The staff were friendly and joking around, which is totally fine, but it felt like the focus on having fun came at the expense of getting the order right. This wasn’t a small miss. It was completely off. I didn’t go back to have it remade because at that point it just felt like a waste of time and money. I ended up dumping it out. I’m honestly baffled how such a simple drink

They have great customer service, Ashlee and Kaitlin Genuinely care if you like your drink and trusting their suggestions when trying something new has led me to some of my favorite drinks. I genuinely cannot say enough, things about them and this location.
