I love this place but today I spent 10+ minutes just sitting in a drive-through and that was disappointing. I love their food. I love everything except for sitting in line for 11+15 minutes I think is what it was and so if we can improve on that then we have nothing to worry about but other than that. I give it five stars, but with this line we got it I mean to try to do better at 7:38 on a Monday not a rush-hour, right I do gotta give it up for the girl at the register. She was nice and kind and trying her hardest.

I don't have a Burger King near me but I had an appointment in Burien today and was so happy to be near one. This location was amazing. The staff was so awesome. Super kind, very professional and service was on point. I dined in and the place was exceptionally clean. Such a calm environment. And man, the staff was so awesome. I am seriously so impressed. Thank you all so much!

As of today, February 5, I ordered a combo through the drive-through that included a mocha, and the mocha was expired. I tried calling the store afterward but received no answer. This is disgusting.

Been waiting inside for our order with the same 5 other groups of people for 25 minutes, seems this place needs new management. This happened the last 2 times we came here too. Got the food, tastes like B.K. so at least there's that. Smoke in the air inside so the flame grilled part is accurate. Not worth the wait, go support a local business owner instead ✌️ DON'T come here on your lunch break 😆
