everytime i come here my drink is always so good! the 2 dudes running the stand on 7/14 at 6pm def deserve some praise! they’re running it so smoothly and getting the orders out!

Most of the time, we have a good experience at 7 Brew, and the drinks were good on this visit as well. That said, the customer service at the front was really lacking. It took several seconds before I was greeted, and the interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. The employee at the front did not come across as personable, and I honestly felt somewhat intimidated while ordering. I do not want to blame the whole store, because the drinks were still good, but the front of house customer service definitely needs improvement.

The workers were really nice, but the wait times were just too long. A quick stop for coffee made me late for work. Looked inside there were barely 3 ppl working and they all looked stressed bc of how busy they were. 7brew needs to FIX this immediately. On top of that my drink was made improperly and was nasty!!! 7brew hire more ppl so your store can function properly!!!!
