Food is served cold and old. Prices have gotten very high for the quality of the food you get. Dining area needs to be cleaned better. Tables and floor are sticky at times.

I swear its always something getting messed up on their end. Ill give you two examples. First one, I ordered a BBQ pulled pork sandwich only. The lady rang me up for the pulled pork bowl, charged me for it then said I made a mistake and pushed the button for the bowl, do u want that or the sandwich? Im sorry what? I want the sandwich I ordered Ma'am. Well I cant refund you the difference. So I have to eat that difference? Yes! I can give you a turnover for the difference. Fine, I'll take apple. Very unprofessional, managers sit around and talk about cars. They don't even acknowledge their customers.I stopped coming to this location this is the 3rd time they messed up my order. The one in grand Blanc on Hill road is always better.
