The flavor of food was good but for the amount you pay $24 how little you get not worth it. Plus my cornbread was burnt and hard in the middle which tells it was microwaved. I got the catfish wing combo said it came with 3 whole wings I only got 4 wingettes and small piece of catfish. I will say the mac and greens were absolutely amazing!!! the wings were good but nothing crazy special but my catfish was overcooked or the grease needs to be changed. Me personally in the future I will just come for the side items. I will also say the ladies at counter were really nice.

Food was excellent. The fried ribs we're a little dry but the macaroni and cheese was the real star. The gravy was absolutely amazing and tastes like it was made with love. Fried Green tomatoes were great as well crunchy and slightly tart. Greens were a bit spicy for me but my family loved them. I'm looking forward to trying their giant turkey leg with Stephanie inside and that fabulous gravy on top. They have great food, but I am highly disappointed in the turkey leg I ordered for $30. I got the turkey leg with all the fixings (dressing, yams, mac and cheese, and greens). I was excited, I just knew it was gonna be good because I waited 30 minutes at the bar and had drink. When I got home to eat, low and behold I didn’t even get a turkey leg, I got a nasty looking back piece of turkey leg that barley had any meat and had skimpy portions of the sides that came on it. A hidden gem for sure...We googled places to go and this place popped up. We got seated right away and the food came out quickly. The food was hot and fresh! My husband got the Mississippi Turkey leg combo with Mac and Cheese/Rice....I got the Fried Turkey Chops with fries and cabbage Such a good experience and food was even better can't wait to go back
