I’m only leaving this review because I genuinely hope this can be used as a learning experience. My family and I visited after work and were served by Lucy, who was wonderful. The food was great, service was good, and Martin stopped by our table to check on us. Up until the end of our visit, we had absolutely no complaints. My first time at Applebee’s was great! The waiter gave such good service and our food didn’t take long to arrive. I ordered the Ultimate Trio bundle that has 3 different appetizers and 3 sauces. I chose the Chicken quesadilla, chicken wonton tacos, and mozzarella sticks. I actually really enjoyed the quesadillas and mozzarella sticks. They had a great cheese pull. I had a great experience at the Applebee’s on 9142 Roosevelt Blvd. The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to sit down and enjoy a good meal.
