From the moment you walk in, there’s a foul Oder just at the door. A foul odor at the DOOR. It smelled like sour air and dirty mop water. Anyways we got to the check in and there was nobody there and there wouldn’t have been anybody there if I didn’t start walking toward the back to find someone. The booth we were seated at had no space for real sitting, it was so tight so if you’re pregnant you won’t fit in a booth. If you order any sweet non fountain drinks it HAS to come from the bar due to how it has to be made according to our server. The server cannot make it or they will get in trouble

This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. From the second we walked in, it was chaos. The front desk staff didn’t even point us toward our table — they literally dropped the receipt with the table number on it and walked away. We stood there looking around like we were invisible. My partner and I had a terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings on Roosevelt Blvd. We frequent this restaurant as a tradition in our relationship. Upon entering we waited 10 minutes to be seated as the host was no where to be found. I had to ask a server for help, and the host finally came out 15 minutes later. If I could give this place a 0, I would. I ordered online for delivery. It was just a 5-piece chicken tender meal. When I paid for it and got the confirmation page, I thought it said it would be delivered by 8:40 and I could track my order. However, when 8:40 comes around, not only has the food not been delivered but I haven’t gotten a text message about my driver or anything like that. When it was 9:00, I called them.
