We visit this site often. Usually service is outstanding. Maybe due to Holiday weekend not sure but, they did not have hot water for tea on a cold rainy day. Usually you get tea and even honey. Had to wait a little longer for food too. Usually a manager comes out and ask at least one person seated is ever thing good or do you need anything. Not yesterday. I will return but not real soon

This must be one of the worse McDonalds in the area. There were literally 2 people in the store and 1 car at drive through. We had to wait 20 minutes to get the food. The food finally came out made as sloppy as it can get. Sandwiches are all slid to the side, sauce is all over the buns. Staff are all teens who don’t care. Why would they when manager doesn’t care. They brought our food all in hands without tray. I asked if they have trays and they said we don’t have any. Looking at the counter there are piles of trays, they just don’t want to use and clean them afterwards. Came to the counter

I have traveled the country for years been to cities all over and in those city’s of course there’s a McDonalds there that I had stopped at for a quick bite this McDonald’s consecutively failed at making my orders correct. They handled my food poorly; the promotional item box that I had received was not even put together they handed me multiple drinks (which I ordered) without a cup holder. Why wouldn’t I need a cup holder if it’s multiple drinks and I’m one person and my drink spill all over my car nonetheless . I do not blame the woman at the drive through but the team as a whole. This is for the staff who worked the evening shift on February 15. If you hate your job that much, then please find something else, because you have no right to make others’ lives miserable. My dad was trying to pick up an online order at this location. The app clearly said to pick up from the counter, and his order was already at the counter . However, the lady at the front asked him to go to the drive-thru instead. At the drive-thru, they told him to cancel the order and redo it because they didn’t have it in their system. The app showed that the order had gone through and could not be cance
