Long black hair in my taco. My brother and I currently have short hair, so it couldn't be either of ours. It seems like this location may have been having troubles with their system, and I don't mind waiting for food— I know they're not at fault for that. But to wait in a line for food with hair in it feels frustrating, when we could have gotten food somewhere else instead. The Baja Blast was good. I probably won't be ordering from here again.

Don’t get me wrong, I love some good taco bell, the food is great for the price. The service at this location is HORRIBLE. I have been here multiple times and the drive thru is usually good timing and good service but my lobby experience has been terrible. I have done multiple pick up orders here and you know I have the idea that fast food should take roughly 10 minutes or so depending on the place and quality of food. But this location has been so bad. I’ve had pick up orders that say they’re ready and then I wait in the lobby for 40 MINUTES. 40 minutes. And then they still forget my drink. I

It was 10:30pm, everything I asked for they were out of it, they were cleaning and closing up the store even tho they don’t close until 2am. Couldn’t get any food, and ordered a Mountain Dew. They waited until after we paid to tell us they were out of Mountain Dew. Got starry instead and it’s flat and nasty. 5 female working dancing, playing, talking, waiting at the drive through door for 10 mins for them to tell us they didn’t have our drink. Don’t even bother going to this location, better luck with taco time or a different Taco Bell location!
