Customer service was amazing, my only issue was when I got home with my burger and I was about 2 bites in.... there was a thin piece of paper between my patty and cheese. Looks like it was attached to the cheese to keep it from sticking with the other cheese. Everything else was great.

The service was very friendly and helpful. Our food was hot and delicious and the order was correct. The burgers and chicken were cooked to perfection and the French fries were hot crispy and seasoned just right. My chocolate malt was thick and delicious, not quite as good as steak and shake but still a very good shake. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The rest room was immaculate, possibly the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a restaurant, especially a fast food joint. All in all I would highly recommend going here. Much better than most fast food restaurants.

I am a local manager of Hungry Howie's on tyndall park way so I come here sometimes before work, the food is always great. I think every time I've been in here, there's been this one manager. Her name is Heather. She is always extremely kind and outgoing. The crew is full of personality, and I love listening to the conversations. This is the kind of Establishment i want my own store to have! And everyone has to try the Colby, jack pub burger, it is criminal That it is a limited time item

Never heard of this place until my work in panama city. I had the pot roast burger. It was a little different, but really good. They have shakes there that are claimed to be really good. I will try one myself soon. Next order will be the hamburger. Top tier fast-food.
