In terms of texture, the noodles were a little soft for my liking. But overall a good bowl of ramen! The soft boiled egg was scrumptious and the addition of spinach was interesting, but delicious. For an appetizer, I also got the Umami Brussel Sprouts. These were really good!! A little crispy and the fried garlic was the perfect addition of flavor. I highly recommend!
