Some family friends introduced us to La Cueva and this has become one of our family’s favorite restaurants. Our girls love the Cheese Quesadilla, Bean and Cheese Burrito and the Kids Nachos (nachos covered with refried beans and cheese). My wife and I have had the Shrimp Burrito, Cheese Enchilada, Chicken Enchilada, and the Carnitas platter. All have been really good with great flavor. The finest Mexican place for vegetarians!! Their rice is not made with chicken broth so it’s vegetarian. We tried wet and normal burrito and both were delicious. Service was quick, food was delicious. You get first serving of chips for free, salsa verde was delicious. A must stop for vegetarians!!
