I visited the store on 3/18/26 to purchase ice cream for my boys. When I received the order at the drive-thru window, I questioned the brownie with Oreo Cupfection because it had caramel, which didn’t seem correct. The employee assured me that it was made properly. Once I got home and gave it to my son, he immediately noticed the same issue and didn’t want it. I contacted Dairy Queen right away at 9:31 PM and spoke with the shift leader. 6/10 4 pm ĥI came in today hoping for a simple cold treat for the kids, but the visit was unacceptable from start to finish. The store was filthy, the associate taking orders was distracted, and after placing my order I waited over 15 minutes with no update. Two customers who arrived after me were served before I was. No staff were present at the counter or in the back for several minutes. When someone finally came out, she seemed surprised my order hadn’t been started and threw it together—still missing items. UPDATE: You may notice that DQ replied to my review asking me to contact them. Well, I did and they never called me back. So they give the illusion that they want to make the situation right, but then they don’t actually follow through. I wish I could give this location zero stars. Maybe we just went on a bad night, but the serving sizes were insanely small. We ordered 2 small sundaes & 1 small flurry. In the sundaes, the ice cream didn’t even come up to the rim of the little cup they were in and did not fill the circumference of the bowl either. It was only about a 1/3 cup of ice crea
